Email us at info@swisssupply.com, or fax us at 305-379-2226 to inquire as to the availability of the watch or watches you wish to order. Watches may be reserved by voice mail, e-mail, or fax, and are held on a first-come, first-serve basis. All messages will be responded to promptly.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: cashiers checks, bank wire, money orders, and personal checks (please allow 3 weeks to clear). At this time we do not allow payment by credit card. We will accept payment via bank wire and funds must be in U.S. dollars. We will provide our bank wire transfer instructions via e-mail upon confirmation of your order.
Shipping
If paying by check, we will need to wait until the check clears before shipping your watch. This generally takes 9-10 business days. For all other forms of payment, we generally ship the next business day. On all items over $2,000, we only offer overnight shipping via Federal Express.
Warranty
All watches have a one year warranty through Swiss Supply Direct. Also, every watch has a 48 hour return Privilege so long as the watch is returned in the same condition it was received.
